about
Galatea is an instrumental piece that I wrote. I actually wrote it when I was in high school for a local play. The play was called “Galatea” ( Referring to the Greek myth where Pygmalion creates a statue -Galatea- and falls in love with her.) This is the actual recording I made back when I was in high school - the lights would come up at the beginning of the play and you'd hear this. I stumbled upon the recording recently, and liked it, and thought I'd share :) It feels like it could fit in with score from Pride & Prejudice (the Keira Knightly version)....and I think the music has a lot of peace and hope in it.
